Violet Geraniums
Violet Geranium (Pelargonium x hortorum) has purple-pink flowers that bloom in the spring and last through the early fall. These blooms are not only beautiful but they attract pollinators such as butterflies and bees. Their tall flower stalks and mounding growth habit make the Violet Geranium ideal for container gardens and hanging baskets.
They are treated as an annual in most of the country but can survive year-round in the southern parts of zone 10 and zone 11.
